We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — if you're outside the UK and would like to order, please get in touch at bonhamdrumheads@hotmail.com and we'll see what we can do.
Processing time
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days. Custom-printed drumheads and graphics are made to order, please allow longer for artwork approval, printing and dispatch. We'll be in touch by email after your order to arrange your design.

- Standard delivery — £4.99, estimated 3–5 business days
- Express delivery — £7.99, estimated 1–2 business days
- Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £100
Delivery estimates are from the point of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Once your order is on its way, we'll send a confirmation email.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at bonhamdrumheads@hotmail.com and we'll put it right. Please inspect your order on arrival and let us know about any issues as soon as possible.
